We offer more than fitness classes and NASM certified personal training; we offer guidance through a mindset overhaul! When life knocks you off course or you're defeating yourself before you even try - learn a new way to see yourself and the progress you make.
We offer customizable, individual learning (1:1) and group classes for ages 5 and up. Class sizes are kept small so individuals maximize their personal growth in the course. Our overall goal is to guide individuals through shifting their mindset, taking responsibility, & growing their potential. We do this through working with you face to face & formulating 100% customized programs that cover SMART goals that YOU want to achieve.
These programs consist of daily movement routines made specifically for you, and much more. Classes are structured so we can maximize individual learning. We focus on specific physical, mental & emotional goals. We run summer sessions in the park & during the school year, we offer homeschool group classes.
Summer sessions are in the morning for 1-2 hours, 1 day per week RECURRING & [Homeschool Program] August-May Group classes (6 students or less) Morning & Afternoon Sessions ~ 9a-12:30p & 1:00p-4:30p 8-week Curriculum Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays
